Terms and Conditions

  1. Responsibility: I understand that the key(s) issued to me are the property of Cumberland Kayak & Adventure Company and are issued to me for the purpose of performing my duties or responsibilities within the organization.
  2. Return of Keys: I agree to return the key(s) to the designated official or office on or before the end of my employment, contract, or season, as applicable, or upon request by Cumberland Kayak & Adventure Company. 
  3. Loss or Damage: In the event that any key(s) are lost, stolen, or damaged, I agree to report such loss or damage immediately to my supervisor or the designated official. I understand that I may be held responsible for the cost of replacing the key(s) and any associated locks, as well as any related security or administrative costs.
  4. Unauthorized Duplication: I agree not to duplicate any key(s) or permit the unauthorized use of the key(s) by any other individual. I understand that violation of this provision may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination, and possible legal action.
  5. Compliance with Policies: I agree to comply with all organizational policies, procedures, and guidelines related to security and key management.
